1. Data controller
Auriqev S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71987654-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina, is responsible for the processing of the personal data received through the auriqev.com website.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter form: name and email address. In addition, we collect browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies, always with your prior consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to send you information about real-estate crowdlending projects, investment opportunities, news about the real-estate sector in Argentina and educational content. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and Provision 60/E/2016 of the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data (DNPDP).
5. Retention
We retain your data while your newsletter subscription is active and for up to five (5) years after your last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
6. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by writing to hola@auriqev.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory body under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, in line with current industry standards in 2026.
8. International transfers
If we use providers outside Argentina, we ensure that transfers are carried out to countries with adequate levels of protection or through approved standard contractual clauses.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
