These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the auriqev.com website, operated by Auriqev S.A.S., a company incorporated in the Republic of Argentina in 2026, Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71987654-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
2. Nature of the service
Auriqev makes available to the general public information about real-estate crowdlending projects in Argentina. The newsletter subscription is intended solely to receive informational communications and does not constitute financial advice or a public offering of securities.
3. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of our Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not continue using the site.
4. Registration and data
The data you enter in the subscription form must be true, accurate and up to date. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping it current.

Auriqev makes information available with the greatest possible diligence, but does not guarantee that the site is free of errors or that it will operate uninterruptedly. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
